Friend's BB is down, not receiving messages

her BB is down, so is her DH's, but not her DD. they all live in the general area of Tacoma. She has Sprint, her DH has ATT and her DD has Verizon. Mine's working just fine and so is my bf's. She done battery pulls, nothing. It just stopped receiving messages after 4:30pm PST yesterday.

Where can I check out outages with Sprint?

Have they tried resetting their BBs by removing the battery for a few seconds and then putting it back in (and if that doesn't work.. Call Sprint)...

yes on battery pull-- nothing
no, can't call Sprint, she's deaf.

turns out that her BB just croaked on her, so she went to Sprint to upgrade her phone.
