This issue is a lot like the one addressed on this thread...

BB will only work on WiFi

Which means there is trouble somewhere in "River City" that still hasn't been addressed.

Yes it is. But if it happened on 2/21 and again on 3/8 then whatever caused 2/21 wasn’t addressed and ultimately fixed. Unless they are 2 different problems..??..

Just glad mine came around…

Good luck and hope nobody else has to start another thread.
