ATT Problems in NJ

My bb was on EDGE since early this morning. At one point it became GPRS, but then came back to EDGE.

Same issue with 2 other bbs in the family, so I know its not just me...

ATT = bad service. Call and complain, it's the only way they will do anything. Expect them to tell you there is nothing wrong.

I assume that you tried a battery pull and that did not fix it?

ATT service is fine where I live and has been for years. However, I have heard that other areas of the country have issues.

I have pretty decent coverage with AT&T here in New England. Just my house is in a white hole, as the AT&T techs describe it.

Yes, tried the battery pull... The issue resolved itself shortly after noon.

I usually have no problems with att service here. There are couple of dead spots along route 18, otherwise its pretty good.

Given the fact that 2 other bbs in the family (9700 and 9800) had the same problem, I'd say that this was not an issue with my phone, but more likely a system problem...

I didn't bother calling att, they are useless... :(
