Default BIS Outage 6/30/12

There seems to be some kind of BIS outage right now.

No BIS email for the last few hours. Sent emails don't make it to recipients and email is not being received on the device. I have several BIS accounts and none of them are working. The associated email accounts are working fine outside of BlackBerry services. BES email does not seem to be affected, either.

i do not have bis on my phone. am using a blackberry 8520,it was working for a week and suddenly went off receiving bis network. what i do to restore it back

No data plan...no data. If you have no data plan there is nothing anyone can do for you.

what i mean is that the BIS network to browse does not show on my phone. my phone can only make and receive calls now but i cannot browse the interent. but if i put the sim card on another bb phone i will be able to used my bis plan. but on this phone BIS does not work.
i want to know why.
how do i know if my phone has being block

Am not clear. it works in my blackberry 9700 and does not work in 8520. it was formally working in the 8520 last 2 weeks but stop suddenly since then.
my pin is 2107DA29

Did you change any settings on the device? Is it showing EDGE in all caps?

IT IS SHOW edge in small letters. but if i put the sim in another bb phone it will show EDGE in a caps
