Default BIS Issues 7/12?

Anyone else having issues with recieving email through BIS? Looks like the internet part is working, but I haven't had any mail since 0100. Called Verizon and the L1 support rep AND BB Tech Support couldn't 'login to the Blackberry tool.'

I tried to get to BIS via the URL and when it finally loaded, it said that my user name/password was incorrect. Which it isn't. I also could NOT load up my email accounts through 'setup' on my 9930.

Wierd. Anyone else having issues?

www.blackberry.com\integrate from your BlackBerry browser. You will have to type in most of your creds (Logins and passwords)

You could also try https://consumersupport.webapps.blac....php?page=form from a PC or computer to check each account. Associated KB article KB33444

EDIT: Have two more reports of Verizon subs in PA without BIS as well, may be a part of a larger issue.

Thanks! Verizon just called me back and said that RIM has confirmed an outage, but didn't give me any details. I still can't login to the BIS to push any service books or see my accounts and the Verizon rep just tried on her end and nothing. If it's just me, then I guess its a RIM-VZW (in PA) issue.

I have gotten some emails in 'drips and drabs', like an old school BIS outage, though!

Update: 11:30am

Looks like I'm back. Service Books all re-sent and mail seems to be flowing normally. But I would really love to know what in the heck just happened??!?
