Hey guys, I just ordered my new 8830 two days ago and am waiting for it in the mail. I am converting over from being a long time Palm\Treo user, and am excited about making this move! I currently work for Sprint\Nextel, as my stores Lead RCC. I also look forward to becoming a part of the BB community!

RCC is my primary job title. I am my stores Lead Retail Communications Consultant. Its just a stupid big name for Floor Manager.
