Default Help out a Newb - 11-11-2007, 02:25 AM

So i got an 8700g from a friend of a friend today. This is my first experience with a BB so excuse my incompetence. Here is my first question.

Using an FAQ i found on here i was able to figure out how to add email to the device and have an icon for my tmo.blackberry.net account and one for my gmail. but theres another one of those icons for her old tmo.blac... account. any ideas how i can go about removing it?

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Go to service book in advanced options and delete the entries that contain your friends email addresses, the close the options screens, the do a hard reset.
