Well I am new to this forum and got my 1st BB in April of this year (2007).
Didn't care much for BB devices before and tried avoiding getting one, since I didn't feel like having constant access to corporate e-mail. Well my MotoV551 burned and my employer asked me to get a BB device ... so here I am.
I do love Google's mobile app and Yahoo's as well. JiveTalk rocks.

Welcome to the group, swedishhammer. I'm with you. I learned long ago I didn't want a job where I had to carry a beeper, and I avoided even a personal cell phone for most of my career----I didn't want to be that accessible. But my blackberry is personal, and I realized I shouldn't have waited so long. --------- Good luck.
