Red face Blackberry newbie (4 months) but can't get emails and tons of problems

Please Login to Remove!

I bought my blackberry and was at first unable to set-up emails. After calling t-mobile for hours finally got my BB working (in the US). Flew to Peru and BB worked fine for a few days... then no email. Called BB from Peru, never got it working right. Went back to the states... no email except for Blackberry/T-mobile email. To Mexico... nothing, back to USA, just BB/TMO email, back to Peru... nothing not even phone service.

I have international data, unlimited international email, international roaming etc. but nothing works. Can anyone help pls. What's the point of a BB that doesn't email or call?
