Default 8320 with Desktop Manager v4.3 - HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I'm holding a 8320 with OS v4.2.2.181 (Platform 2.5.0.35). I've installed Desktop Manager v4.3. When I connect via USB, the Desktop Manager showed Device Connected, even showed the correct PIN number. BUT, an error message appears: "Failed to connect to the device. Please make sure the device is properly connected and try again." When I launch the Media Manager, my 8320 is not detected at all. ANY HELP WILL BE MOST APPRECIATED, I have been scratching my head for 12 days now...... very painful . I have also tried v4.2.2, same problem.

In all that time, have you tried rebooting the BB (pull the battery while powered on, and replace)?

Hello, enjoy your stay here. The battery thing should fix that issue. It resets the device. You can also try another USB port on your PC.
