I've had cell phones since 93..but his is my first BB. Interesting unit. Wish I could get my voice mail to work. Everytime I call it it goes to ... "voice mail" .!

I tried to add the pauses like I have in the past with Motorola or whoemever - they all do it. Just not sure why I cannot access this feature.

Also seem to have an issue with the BB desktop: The Switch Device wizard apparently will not allow me to click on the button such that I can sync a palm E2.

Oh well it's only been 8 hours since I got it...I am sure the answers are here...just need to find em.!

You could likely find the answer to that question on your carrier's website as that's not really BB related but carrier related.

John, I've sorta come to the same conclusion. Looks like a pretty good forum here..I am fairly positive it is gonna be as usefull as my other hang out..dieselplace.com.!

Well I did get it to go through, but system is asking me for a password when I have not entered one as far as I know. This ph # was ported from Telus to Bell and as such I think I'll have to talk to a live human on this one.!

Just may need to initially set a password and go from there.
