Default New 8100 in the community

My name is Kamau, and I have had my Pearl for about 2 weeks now. Let me say that moving to Blackberry was the best move I've made in a long time. This thing is short of just awesome.
I wish the volume was a little louder, both in the ear piece and on the speaker, but the available apps I now have access to makes up for that.
Anyway, I'm always looking to improve my "toys", so if anyone has any ideas or suggestions, give me a shout.

Welcome! and just to second JS post. The faq is a fantastic resource, and the tips from Stinsonndog are also great. I would add read the stickies at the top of the general blackberry forum and the 8100 forum as well

Thanks for the welcome and the info on finding help/ideas. I just read the FAQ's and the tip site. I found a useful software, and the answers to a couple questions that were in the back of my mind.
Also please forgive me for not replying until now, but between work and my family, I get sidetracked easily.
