Hey everyone, new BB user. Decided to join after having a problem with streaming video on my 8130 pearl. The wonderful Verizon wireless tech support had me do a hard reset to fix my problem, and it kept happening, to the point I did 5 hard resets in 2 days, I called VZW back, waited on hold for 20 mins to get told streaming media was beyond the spectrum of their help. I came here and found my solution in minutes (turning off audio boost). So thanks for the help and maybe I can help someone else now.
