Is there a voice record feature on the 7100i

there are many that it will sync up with but not all

Gary, Outlook syncs seamlessly, I would recommend it first.

Ditto what JSanders wrote. The supported organizers are ACT!, ASCII text file, Groupwise, Lotus Notes, Lotus Organizer, Outlook, and Outlook Express, but see the desktop manager product information at blackberry.com for the details.
