no one can hear me! help!
 

I have a Pearl that was AT&T. I got it unlocked and use t mobile with it. My sms works fine, but no one can hear me when they call or I call them. What do I do??

seems like hardware malfunction, is the phone still within warranty?

i'm not sure, but I was told it worked fine right before I got it... the only thing was the camera freezes sometimes. It was given to me by a good friend.

I see, try a battery pull and see if it works.

Try a WIPE of your device and if that does not work, try with a new device.

I would say that if it is under warranty, just return it...if not, do a search on pearl mic issues or something like that and see if anyone has had similar issues and what the resolution was
