I have had my BB for about a year and a half. Its been good, but I let my son use it or about a month and all was fine when I got it back for a few days then out of the blue I got a call and I could hear them fine but they couldn't hear me at all. I know how ruff he can be on phones so theres no telling what happen to it, but it worked fine for a few days? Has anyone had this kind of problem or know an idea to fix it? Thanks

Microphones do go bad, and this one could have also. It might could be repaired, bit might be costly. Pulling the battery while powered on, hold a few seconds and replace to reboot the BB. See if it remains bad.

I have rebooted it many times and also opned the bottom and cleaned it out. I was sooo hoping that it was an easy fix, but I guess not. Thanks for your time.
