Welcome to the Forums!

Yes, it is possible--Address Book, Memos, Tasks and Calendar will sync.

Do you have Desktop Manager to sync with?
BlackBerry Desktop Manager Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ

You'll want DM version 4.2, Service Pack 2 withOUT the Media Manager.
