Default How do I Accept an Outlook Mtg Request? - 04-17-2008, 12:54 PM

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can help me 'accept' an Outlook meeting request so that it will appear on my calendar? My outlook is synched. I get all mail and meeting requests, but I can't figure out what I need to do to accept one of those requests.

If you know.. please share

Thanks

No dice. I used the directions above. I can open the meeting request and click menu, but there is no option in there to actually accept the meeting. Just the options to save, forward, mark unread etc.

Other ideas?

try a battery pull and open the email again. and are you sure it was a meeting request and not just an email? also check your calendar to see if you didnt already accept it by accident.

I didn't have the "Accept" option until I turned on Wireless Synchronization for my calendar, too.

Within the Calendar application: click to bring up the menu, then select Options. You should have "Wireless Synchronization:" in the list --> make sure it says Yes.

I think you need at least OS 4.1 for this, but not sure.
