Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Bytes free is about 11.7 MB which isn't very much out of 54.1 MB free.

Welcome to the boards.

Not quite..

1171532 = 1,171,532 = 1.1MB Free which means you are basically out of space on the BlackBerry and messages will start deleting soon.

If you thought 11mb was row, then 1mb must be really low.

Iamme; you are going to have to remove programs and media on the device itself (do you have a media card)?

Follow the link specified above.

Are you running any 3rd party applications? Themes, games etc? Those usually take up a tone of space. If you are you might want to consider deleting a few to free up space

... I had this happen to me (low memory) after receiving 1500 messages in about a 2 hour time span (lots of server outage reports).

Normally I run with about 15mb free space on my 8320.

Welcome welcome welcome Iamme to BBF!

I normally run about 25MB++. Not a lot of apps installed though, just the basic ones.
