1st post from a sideline member

I've gotten inspired by other newbies to send in a hello even though I've been reading for a month or so.

I'm the owner of a pearl 8130 and have been amazed how addictive it truly is.

I've visited other blackberry forums but seem to find this one the most comfortable for some reason. Are the main forums friendly with each other? Competitive? Major differences?

I was just curious, as I've obviouisly indicated my preference but be able to articulate why.

there is some bit of difficulty between Pinstack and BlackBerryForums. Other than that we all get along. We are generally considered the #1 forum (since we are entirely a forum) while both PS and crackberry offer other features.

I believe the forum preferences are strong matter of opinion in some cases, so I'll stear clear of a direct answer. I always say this forum has the highest signal to noise ratio. You'll learn things here and be entertained, too.
