Welcome to the BBForums!

It is password locked? Just enter the incorrect pw ten times and the device will wipe itself of all personal data. The OS and applications will remain intact.

Welcome to the forums!

Is it requiring you to enter a password to unlock the keyboard or are you looking at the Enterprise Activation screen?

If password to unlock, follow JSanders' advice above.
