Only rings three times

Hi there can anyone help me, i have had my blackberry Pearl a while now and cannot fathom out where i can adjust the amount of rings before i answer a call, it rings three times - unless i move very fast i miss it and it goes to Voice mail. There are three of us in this predicamment with our phones....help would be appreciated.

Hey Lizzie, welcome to the Forums!

You actually need to call your carrier to ask for a longer ring time before voice mail.
