Hi

I'm unable to make or receive calls even with green flashing light. Emails come and go fine, but calls are not working.

Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance
Andrew

Wirelessly posted (8120 4.5.037)

Pull the battery to reboot, but it sounds like you may need a new SIM card. This happened to a friend of mine yesterday. Give us some more specifics as well.

With the phone turned on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, and put it back in. Try that then report back.

Did that. Last night I was at the office and I realised nobody could call me. Then I took it out and put back in my "normal phone" and I started getting/making calls again.

Then this morning tried again on BB and same as yesterday, NADA!!

What other details can I give?

I think I screwed something up. Yesterday was doing a lot of restoring from backup and doing a lot of that using different BB onto the same laptop. So I think I might have replicated some other profile onto this BB. So I need help with a "have you check XXXX" and "have you checked YYY"
