Default Hello new to BB

hello new to BB's have a new curve 8330 for alltel, figured out the whole pin thing, setup my yahoo mail, and work email (i think), loaded ringtones and some wallpaper, still getting use to the little pearl ball thing (can the color of this be changed?), looking forward to the BB community , just a few questions:

1. were do i download some new skins?(icons and stuff)
2. in what format does the media player play back videos
3. how do i separate sms/mms from email inbox?

I have the 8330 on Sprint and love it.Skins, themes and wallpapers you can search this site for. There is a section with instructions as well. Lots of talent here and the makers put them up here for free.I always thank a maker if I uses their work. Welcome

thanks i found the iberry, precision, and psx themes the precision one is great, ill continue to search the threads
