Default question from pc user about recieving messages from a blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I am a new user of this forum so please forgive me if I appear to be a little slow !
Prob is my sister in law is resident in Canada and has a blackberry. My wife wants to chat with her using instant messenger (Windows) and sent her a request to sign up to windows messenger not knowing she was a blackberry user. She (my sister in law the blackberry user) has sent back a link to download a blackberry messenger program / do I need to load a different messenger on to my pc to send her instant messages ... can i just use windows messenger ?? THanks in anticipation ... Daniel in Scotland

You both need a specific client to use the same IM network. See the link for the supported clients for the BB. Just have your sister install the one you need.
