Hi, folks!
I am the proud new papa of a BB9000 Bold. I previously used a Palm PIM, with separate Razr, and I am pleasantly surprised at how this new phone smokes Palm in all categories.

I have been up late now, several nights in a row, annoying my wife as I play with and learn about this new toy. I found a bunch of apps already, but I am still having trouble with emails being properly forwarded. It worked OK until I added a second address, then just quit forwarding. I guess I will quit playing around and start working on that.

I just moved to upstate New York from Santa Cruz CA, and I am using the BB as a modem for now. Works OK, but not like the cable service I was used to. Decent trade off, though, for being able to watch the red fox try to outwit the wild turkey outside my dining room window. Fox 0, turkey 3.

My pen name hints at what I do- I am a clockmaker, so I get to work on some really nice old clocks for a living. I am hoping that I can rebuild my business out here, while my new BB keeps me company and keeps me connected to the outside world.

Talk to y'all later-
