Hi! I am a new blackberry user and i just recently bought a BB 8900 javelin. So far, I'm satisfied with my BB, but I hope you can help me with some questions:

1. Im currently using a prepaid sim and I can't seem to download some
applications (even from BB.com), was it because I'm using prepaid?

2. For YM link, I was able to download the application directly from my
mobile, but its not working, any suggestions?

You need a blackberry data plan to get these to work. A blackberry data plan cannot be configured on a prepay account
