HI, This is my very first Blackberry or smart phone for that matter. I have had my new BB for 2 days now and WOW, it takes some getting used too!. I am hoping too learn alot of things on this board. And is I ask a few dumb questions along the way please bear with me. Thanks all, Dave

hey! I'm fairly new too. I created an account a few years ago, which is why I have 8300 in my nickname, but just didn't really log in until now.

Welcome to the group!

Best thing you can do is play with the blackberry for a while and go through all the menus and options and drill down. When you are on a screen and you see something you have a question about, open the menu and select help. The help app should open to the section on the screen you are looking at. Not always, but it does most of the time.

Also check out the FAQ linked at the top of the forum and browse through it. Note the glossary down near the end.

Finally, remember to search. Just about every question you are going to have has been answered here on the forum.

But if you still can't figure something out, ask away, there are plenty here who will be happy to help if they can.
