New? (or).....

Hi. I'm not new here but my phone is. ;)
My last phn-bby crv 8330 was thru my 'old' Alltel carrier. Well long story short; I couldn't get phn 2 reset so I took it in 2 my carrier-which is now Verizon-& instead of fixing me up again they gave me a new phn!! Didn't cost me any thing except 4 not having my alltel.bby.com email any more. I had 2 re-register new email vzw.bby.com with new phn. SUCKY!! UGH!
