I have a BB 7780 that gives me an error messages when I try to use the phone. error starting net_rim_bb_phone_app: Class 'net.rim.device.apps.api.ribbon.indicators.voicema illconManager' not found. I have reloaded the software without any changes. Any ideas

Is the device brand new? If not, how long have you had it and how long has this error been occurring?

Its about a year old, I got it from a friend that upgraded to an 8700 about two weeks ago. It worked fine for about a week and than I started getting this error message.
