new to BB -- need info about auto sync

Hello,

I am new to Blackberry devices in general, and I need to support approx. 100 users.

I've noticed during the DM installation the user has the option to have the DM start up automatically each time the computer starts.

This sounds like a good idea at first but very quickly becomes annoying to my users.

I've not been able to figure out how to disable this short of resinstalling the DM.

I need a quick answer -- can anyone help?
