Being a former ALLTEL employee, and dedicated to CDMA and Motorola phones, I recently made a huge jump and purchased a BlackBerry for my new service on T-Mobile. I had a Motorola V600 on T-Mobile (for work) about a year and a half ago, and loved T-Mobile. I now have switched my personal service to T-Mobile and have a BlackBerry 7105t. At first I was kind of dumbfounded at the learning curve required to operate a BB, and began to hate the phone, but once you get used to it, and customize things the way you want them, it becomes a pretty useable and convenient phone. Sure theres things missing that I would like (camera, mp3 ringtones, expandable memory) but theres always things we want missing from any phone. The BlackBerry is designed for the mobile professional who wants to be connected 24/7, and it does its job admirably without any BS extras. Do I really need a camera? Nope! The battery life is amazing, the build quality is impressive, and the reception is top notch.

My only complaint is that T-Mobile has horrible coverage in my area. At any rate, it's great to be part of the BlackBerry family, as I move myself from the Motorola forum @ HowardForums. - RJGill
