We are going out of the country and into a country right below Khazakstan named Kyrgyzstan - my carrier sprint says our cell phone will not work there. Is there a provider that I can get along with a blackberry that I can use to have the internet while in that country?

I would check with T-Mobile or Cingular. Their web sites have International coverage charts.

Sprint doesn't play well outside of North America.

Beware of roaming charges.
