Exclamation Sync BB to desktop

Please Login to Remove!
I can't seem to figure out how to sync my address book to my desktop. I installed the Desktop Manager but it doesn't seem to do anything. Help!!!!!

Have you done the configure PIM withing the DM?

Have you tried using the Intellisync option within Desktop Manager?

Oh my what an idiot! I never configured it! Duh!!!! Thank you so much!!! Now I have everything on my desktop that's in my BB! Thanks a million!!!
