Question How do I put Excel and Word on BB! Hopefully someone can answer this one too!!!

When I bought my phone the salesperson showed me how he has Excel and word files on his BB. I tried the Application loader but am clueless with this too! Please help!
Also how do I put a pic under my profile, I see everyone has one!

you can dowload them via Handango Mobile Software - BlackBerry 7290 Document Management Downloads

Okay so I went to handango and downloaded a trial software. It went to my computer and I unzipped it and I was able to do it! Thanks so much!!!!!

yeah im pretty sure you sync it after u download it...u go to user cp>edit avatar on right tool bar
