Unhappy New user needs help!

I ecently got my blackbery and had no problems untill last night..."device error:350"
i tried a hard reset, nothing,nada, zilch. Continues with the error code on my screen...it started kinda slow, I was at the store and instead of my scren saying NXTL, it said off, thn it had problems trying to read from my SIM, and now this. It came back to life for about 5 min last night, and then it was gone. I have a 7100 i and need help!

First thing I'd do, if its that new, i'd return to the strore and demand an exchange on the unit.
