Hello from another newbie. I've had a BlackBerry for about a year now but I've just upgraded to an 8100 Pearl and am actually loving it. I'm on Vodafone in the UK which is the only carrier that allows private (i.e. non-corporate) business accounts to access a BES server.

About the only thing I'm not too keen on is the ringer silencing when the trackball is moved, but hey, nothing's perfect. ;)
