Please Login to Remove!
I have 1 user that cannot send email from his device but he receives them. can someone help me out please. I reset the device and it works but I don't think this is the fix for it because it happen to him again after a week.

Try resending the service books to the handheld. Or, on the handheld, delete the "Desktop (CMIME)" service book, and then "undelete" it.
