Howdy - Plus a question

Just found this forum this weekend - it Rocks! I'm on my second BB, a 7520 and was lost without for the 2 months it took to get a replacement proucured...

Anyway, my question is regarding AVATARS - twice I've uploaded an avatar and both time it failed to load but no explanation was given - was it to large? am I to 'Noob'? just asking.... :?

Probably, the maximum size of your avatar image is 140 by 100 pixels or 640.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
