Hi,

First of all, hello to everyone. I am new here.

Just joined this forum and hoping some of you would kindly offer some help for the problem I’ve been having with my BlackBerry Pearl 8100.

I have been experiencing difficulty viewing posts on a forum (PHP-Nuke).

I can normally view the messages which have quoted my previous message.

Otherwise, the message appears as:
P
o
s
t
e
d:
T
u
e
D
e
c
2

6

Then blank (where the message body should be) until the next post.

Any ideas why?

Thank you very much for your ideas in advance.

MeiYi xx

P.s. I am not very techy at all, so I’d appreciate it if you could advise me in a way that even the dumbest girl would understand. Ta!

Welcome to the Forums! Which browser are you using with the 8100?

Have you checked to see what your settings are under your browser configuration? If you go into your internet icon and push (for me the trackwheel for you the trackball) you should bring up (3) items: Browser Configuration, General Properties, and Cache Operations (or something like those since I have the 8703e and you the 8100). check to see what is activated (such as use background images, support embedded media, etc.). Have you changed any of these settings since you started posting? I do a lot of wireless postings on this site and did change my browser options which made looking at my posts or other things next to near impossible. Look at page 115 of your user manual. It should show you some of the basics regarding settings for your browser. Here is a link for the user manual in case you don't have it handy.
