hello everyone,
as it is obvious, i am new here...
i owned a treo for a long time and decided to switch to an 8703e from sprint...
it's okay.....
I just have a few problems with it, like it freezes a lot when its charging saying "battery is low shutting down system", but it never shuts down, it just sits there.... and the loading time is extremely long.... also the phone restarts itself randomly..it doesnt make any sense to me... but anyways, i joined just so i can figure out these problems!

If those problems persist after fully charging your battery, you should take it back to Sprint for an exchange.

yeah it definitely still does that after its full.... like, it continues to charge all of the way, still saying the thing about restarting the system... and i cant do anything on there unless i take out the battery
