Hey guys-
Im new to the Blackberry forum. I am having difficulty gaining access to my corporate email because I purchased the blackberry as opposed to getting the "company issued" Moto Q. The IT department is saying that they dont support it. Any ideas on ways to get my mail? Thanks

The only way I can access my work email (outlook exchange) is to access our web based mail via the BB browser. Do you have web based mail?

Are you using Microsoft Exchange? You can use the older BlackBerry Redirector which will forward your Exchange e-mail to your BB, but you have to leave a PC logged on 24X7 for it to work.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for your feedback. My company is supporting lotus notes and the only way that I know to log in from the outside is from citrix.
