Address book problem ,

Hello i got an 8700G Tmo ,got it a couple of days ago , bought it due to the large amount of contact that i need to have available at all times due to the nature of my job, i gor about 540 contacts on my computer , use lotus notes / or Outlook , to make the story short , the first time i loaded all my contacts to the Bberry , i dont know if tey all went into the device because i didint get an error message.

I tired to load the bb software again to mach the info ( some new contacts , some deleted, ) now it for some reason gets stuck @ 120 i dont know what to do , i really need to have this information available to me at all times , but there is something that is stoping the dev and not loading the information correctly , i was reading on other forums , i will hard reset the bb to try again , but after that i dont know what to do !!!
