New member - BlackBerry-and-Mac issue?

Hello everyone,

I joined this forum almost exclusively to see if there's anything further to be done about the mysterious sync. issue between BlackBerry and Mac. This is a curly one - scrolling through the various posts, I can see a pool of people who are having a reported 100% success with multiple setups, and then there's the rest of us - having spent over 20 or 30 hours, not able to get any response from the manufacturers of the application (PocketMac for BlackBerry), and if you are like me, dead-in-the-water for all intended purposes.

I wonder - as a small business user of this product, is ANYONE able to offer support for this, and step up where the developers of the application cannot (or will not)?. I have been waiting over a month for a reply to voice and e-mail messages, so I am confident nothing further will happen there.

Judging by the latest negative postings on VersionTracker.com, following the release of the latest version of PocketMac for BlackBerry, I would guess that the support staff are tetering under a wave of problems.

I'm open to suggestions, and for now, it's back to pencil and paper for me damn it all!
