Default hey new bb user 7520 - 01-31-2007, 01:40 PM

ok so i just bought a bb7520 and had it hooked up

now i only have 3 service books how do i download the ones for the browser and such

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? No BlackBerry Data Plan = no data or service books for that matter, just voice and SMS.

hi welcome to the forums .

1. Make sure you have a BB data plan of some type.
2. If your provider has a site to register personal email addresses go there, create an account....and should have an option somewhere to send Service Books to the device.
3. If all else fails you can call your providers data support department to have them push you the right service books.

Ok so I bought this phone used... (I'm on it right now in fact) and have it running off of boost's network I try'd login into the bb portal on nextel since some one else ownd it before I don't know the pw I tried sending it to my pin but I haven't gotten a msg yet prolly cuse I don't have the service books for it lol I can put it on my nextel but I don't wanna pay a up charge so I was trying to find other means
