Data Plan for 7130c Cingular

Just bought the phone, and have reviewed several posts here about BIS for $29.99, but for the life of me, can't find it on the Cingular site. Does anyone have a Cingular link that will take me directly to the page from which to order (after I log in, of course)?

I've tried the Manage Plans page, and the ones at the links below, but it's not recognizing that I have the 7130c (even though it's pictured as My Phone).

So, the only option for me is the unlimited plan for $29.99, right? There's no less expensive limited option?

I tried to set up BIS account, and it accepted by PIN and IMEI, but then gave me an error message when choosing an ID and password. What gives?

Finally got it set up. The Cingular lady said that if it wasn't listed under my Manage Features page, I have to call them to set up. The links listed earlier are for setting up your email AFTER you've purchased the plan.
