Yea, I know.......how could I forget that? Call it new useritis.
I have a new Pearl, tried it for a few weeks but don't like it....wanting to swap phones with the wife. Only one problem...forgot my USER ID so I can't get in to change the email for her.
Need help.

contact your carrier give them the device PIN and then they should be able to help you out. They might PIN to PIN the user id back to that device or tell it you over the phone, depending on their data privacy requirements.
