Is it possible to have more than one calender displayed on my blackberry?

I use multiple at work and need to be alerted of issues

Not without a third party application. The BlackBerry can only display one calendar.

Doug is correct. However, you can sync multiple Outlook calendars to the BlackBerry - but it can not be done wirelessly.
