Hello All,

I have several issues with the BB 8100 by TM.
1. I have the volume on the handset turned all the way (turned up and down and then up during a call) and I can't hear the person on the other end unless I turn the speaker phone on.
2. There's a noticable delay between the time I pick up a call and when the other party can hear me (or me hear them).
3. I've received some text messages that I'm unable to delete. In other words, delete doen't work and the message will only disappear when I delete (message remains) AND THEN turn off the phone or remove the battery.

I can't speak to most of your problems, because I don't have similar difficulties with my Pearl. But I do have the problem with delayed answering. When I press the button to answer the call, there's a delay before the other person can hear me.

It's not like that every time, and the delay is only one or two seconds at most. Usually I ignore it and i've gotten used to just pausing before answering.

I've heard that some people have taken their phones to the tmobile store to get this fixed, but I haven't tried that myself.

1. Under your default call volume, what is the setting?
(Menu>Options>General Options>Default Call Volume)

2. I have also noticed a slight delay but it is nothing significant. Is your delay significant, and if so, how long?

3. Where are the SMS's that you cannot delete coming from?
