Blackberry won't activate the office automated night answering system.

Hi, all,

My boss has a Blackberry Pearl and says he cannot activate our office night-answering system with it. He can reach the automated system (by dialing the office number) but when he keys in an extension, nothing happens.

Has anyone every heard of this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?
